MASTER N. AUTOMATISMOS is aware of the importance of quality at the present time and in the future, and has thus implemented the ISO 9001-2000 global quality management system, obtaining certification by the company, AENOR.

The ISO 9001 international standard specifies the requirements for a Quality Management System (QMS), focusing on the efficiency of quality management to satisfy customer requirements. It is, therefore, an essential tool for customer-orientated processes and provides a starting point that enables organisations to advance towards excellence.

These quality requirements cover both the execution of its work and the use of the materials required (selecting certified suppliers).
